risk, we do not accept any liability whatsoever for
theft or damage to your personal possessions, injury
or death arising out of the use of equipment or
Children are to be supervised when using
the swimming pool. No jumping or diving into the
pool is permitted. No running on the patio or in the
villa is permitted as tiles are slippery when wet.
Use only the plastic tumblers provided
around the swimming pool, broken glass in the pool
will require the pool to be drained, cleaned and
refilled at your cost.
All Prices are on a weekly basis &
minimum stay is 7 nights. (This may be flexible out
of high season)
Arrival & Departure dates are
Thursday to Thursday unless special arrangements
have been made with ourselves.
Once booking is confirmed a 25% deposit
is required immediately and the remainder of the
balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. If booking
is made within 8 weeks full balance is due at time
of booking. Payment is to be made directly by
electronic transfer into the bank account as
specified by us. The cost of the transfer is for
your account. If payment is not received on time, we
would endeavour to contact the party leader to
confirm that the payment would be sent without
further delay, however if payment was still not
forthcoming within 7 days of the due by date, or it
was indicated that payment would not be forthcoming,
we would have no alternative, and shall be entitled
to cancel the booking and retain the deposit without
notice. The code to the key safe will only be issued
on payment in full.
If all members of the party are aged
under 30 and/or are all of the same sex we require a
returnable security deposit payable prior to
arrival. This will be a minimum of one weeks full
fee. Deposit will be returned within 14
days of arrival back home, provided no damage or
unreasonable cleaning costs are incurred.
For bookings within 8 weeks of departure,
you are required to convey the full payment on
confirmation of booking.
Cots and high chairs are available at a
charge, please enquire about prices.
Any special requirements need to be
mentioned at time of booking (e.g. disabled access,
special occasions etc)
We can only confirm a booking upon
receipt of the relevant deposit. A contract will
exist only from the time we issue our confirmation
of your booking and the deposit is received into our
Any accommodation booking is only for the
use of the clients named in your written
confirmation, and any subletting, sharing, over
occupation or assignment is prohibited.
If for any reason we have to cancel your
booking, we shall make every effort to offer you
suitable alternative accommodation and/or dates, if
you reject this we will at your request, and in full
and final settlement, refund all amounts paid to
date. Should you cancel the booking within 8 weeks
of arrival, we will endeavour to secure a booking
for the villa, if we are unable to fill the
villa, you will be liable to pay 80% of the weekly
charge for each week cancelled.
Any complaints regarding the
accommodation must be advised to the managing agent
or key holder within 24 hours of first arrival.
All baggage, money and personal
possessions remain at all times and in all
circumstances at the owners (the clients) risk.
Suitable insurance cover should be purchased to
protect any items of value.
We are unable to accept responsibility
for any inconvenience caused by disturbance of any
kind, and at any time from neighbouring property,
land, tenants/clients or animals. Or by the failure
of local services for any length of time, such as
electricity, water supply or electric equipment. Or
for the unavailability of any general amenities,
including television (analogue or satellite),
swimming pools that may have to be drained and
re-filled, serviced and maintained from time to
time, road works or condition of roads. The use of
all electrical items such as washing machine,
dishwasher, iron, radio/cassette, kettle, hob/oven,
fridge/freezer etc. are entirely at the discretion
of the user, and we will not be responsible for any
injury or damage that may be a result of such usage.
Views from the property may change from time to time
due to happenings beyond our control, and cannot
therefore be always guaranteed.
You are responsible for any damage or
breakages, these to be reported to the local agent
as soon as possible.
You undertake not to divulge the key safe
code to any other party.
