Villa Sofia is a newly built villa in the quiet residential area of Costa Papagayo, approximately one mile from the centre of Playa Blanca village.

• Two bedrooms (master en suit), separate shower for twin room.
• Large living/dining room with 2 sofas one being a sofa bed. Satellite TV, DVD player - with selection of DVD's, music centre, plus a selection of paperbacks. Dining table with 4 chairs.
• The kitchen is fully equipped with the following appliances, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dish washer and washing machine.  
• Both the master bedroom and living room open out onto the patio/pool area. Patio furniture is provided together with sun loungers for the pool.  The pool is electrically heated during the winter months for your added enjoyment as a winter sun destination. 
• Villa Sofia also has a roof terrace, an ideal place to enjoy a sundowner or two. 
• Internal Patio for al fresco dining.

Food Shopping 

• Spar - located in the village has all you need plus an excellent butchery.
• Netto - there are two in the village one adjacent to the taxi rank if you don't have a car. The third Netto is just past the new marina.  It is open to 22h00 with parking right outside. 
• There is a small supermarket at the Papagayo Centre, this has the basics. 

Restaurants

There are a number of restaurants in the Playa Blanca village. New restaurants are opening up at the marina and are well worth a try.
